Mexican-Style Omelet is a quick and delicious breakfast or brunch recipe that the whole family will enjoy.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • Mexican salsa
  • Sour cream


  1. Melt butter in an 8-inch omelet pan over medium high heat
  2. Mix eggs lightly with fork
  3. Place eggs in pan and rotate skillet to coat bottom of pan with egg mixture
  4. Lightly brown bottom of omelet
  5. Place green chilies and cheese in middle of omelet and flip
  6. Put omelet onto plate and serve with salsa and sour cream
