Easy Mexican pasta sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) packages mild Mexican cheese
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
- Favorite pasta
Directions
- Combine the milk and cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the cheese has melted. Stir in the tomatoes. Pour over your favorite pasta.
