Easy Mexican pasta sauce.


  • 2 (12 ounce) packages mild Mexican cheese
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
  • Favorite pasta


  1. Combine the milk and cheese in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the cheese has melted. Stir in the tomatoes. Pour over your favorite pasta.
