A bag of Fritos gives Mexican Onion Casserole a hearty crunch.
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1, 10 1/2 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel chili sauce
- 1 medium bag Frito Corn Chips
- 1/2 pound American cheese, sliced
- Combine onion, soup, chili sauce and 2/3 cup water in bowl, mixing well. Layer Fritos, soup mixture and cheese in greased 8 inch baking dish until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
