Before cooking up your favorite meat, fish or seafood Mexican meal, marinate your protein of choice in this delicious citrus marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper sauce
- 1/2 Small onion, chopped
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a nonreactive bowl and mix until completely blended.
- Marinate your choice of protein for at least 30 minutes. Discard marinade after use.
