A salsa cooked scrambled egg breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 9 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 5 tablespoons salsa
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Directions
- Heat the butter in a skillet until melted. Add the eggs, milk and salsa to a bowl and beat. Pour into the skillet and heat, stirring, until the eggs are lightly cooked. Mix in the chips and serve.
