A salsa cooked scrambled egg breakfast.


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 5 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips


  1. Heat the butter in a skillet until melted. Add the eggs, milk and salsa to a bowl and beat. Pour into the skillet and heat, stirring, until the eggs are lightly cooked. Mix in the chips and serve.
