A slow cooked Mexican meatball soup, perfect for a busy work day, set it and forget it!

Ingredients

  • 3 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar hot salsa
  • 1 (16 ounce) package whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen meatballs, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 5-7 hours.
