Ingredients
- 1 ounce Averna Amaro
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 egg white
- 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/3 ounce whole milk
- 3 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe cocktail glass and serve immediately.
