Make a double batch of Meatballs for Spaghetti and freeze them to use later.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoons Italian seasonings
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form small balls and fry in a skillet at medium high.
