Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form small balls and fry in a skillet at medium high.
