Slow cooked meatball and vegetable soup

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package precooked meatballs
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans diced Italian seasoned tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  1. Mix together the meatballs, broth, tomatoes and water in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in vegetables, cover and cook an additional hour.
