Slow cooked meatball and vegetable soup
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package precooked meatballs
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced Italian seasoned tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
- Mix together the meatballs, broth, tomatoes and water in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in vegetables, cover and cook an additional hour.
