Slow cooked meatball sandwich recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 French rolls
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Mix together the meatballs, pepper, onion and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Spoon onto the rolls and top with cheese.
