Slow cooker meatball and hash brown casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 (30 ounce) pacakge frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 20 pre-made fully cooked meatballs
Directions
- Mix together everything but the meatballs in the slow cooker. Place the meatballs on top of the mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
