Slow cooker meatball and hash brown casserole.


  • 1 (30 ounce) pacakge frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 20 pre-made fully cooked meatballs


  1. Mix together everything but the meatballs in the slow cooker. Place the meatballs on top of the mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
