Meat Marinade keeps for 2 weeks in the frig so it's nice to have on hand for the family's steak.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Combine above ingredients mixing well.
