Meat Loaf with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Tired of the same old thing?  Try a saucy version of Meat Loaf with Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix ground beef, onions, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
  2. Form into a loaf and pat more crumbs on top of loaf.
  3. Brown in oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard in bowl. Pour over loaf when browned. Continue baking 30 minutes.
