A spicy slow cooked pinto bean soup dinner.
- 4 (15 ounce) cans seasoned pinto beans with liquid
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen seasoning blend (chopped onions and peppers)
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seaoning
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix everything together along with 1 cup of water in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 5-6 hours.
