Coating a cocktail glass rim with mayonnaise instead of salt or sugar may sound extremely unusual; however, it adds an enjoyable creamy taste and richness to the cocktail.

Ingredients

mayonnaise
1-1/2 ounces vodka
fresh grapefruit juice

Directions

Place some mayonnaise onto a plate and then dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the mayonnaise to coat.
Fill the prepared cocktail glass with ice and then add the vodka.
Top the drink with the grapefruit juice and then stir to combine; serve immediately.
