Mashed Potatoes and Carrots

Low fat creamy potato and carrot side dish.


  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill leaves


  1. Boil water. Add in the potatoes and carrots and cook for 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  2. Return the vegetables to the pot and mash. Add int eh milk and dill. Season as desired.
