Low fat creamy potato and carrot side dish.
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon dried dill leaves
- Boil water. Add in the potatoes and carrots and cook for 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
- Return the vegetables to the pot and mash. Add int eh milk and dill. Season as desired.
