Saute soy and garlic mushroom side dish.
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, remove stems
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Heat the oil and garlic in the frying pan. Cook on medium-low heat for 4-6 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, toss and serve immediately.
