This Marvelous Cocktail is simply that. Adapted from the original recipe created by Allesandro Pizzoli of the Rivoli Bar in London, England, this gin-based drink is a fresh blend of lemon grass and pear puree.

Ingredients

1-3/4 ounces Gin
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 piece of lemon grass
1/2 ounce fresh pear puree

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds to chill and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
