This rum, elderflower syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice cocktail brings a taste of the French Caribbean in every pleasantly sweet and tart sip.
- 1 part elderflower syrup
- 2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 parts light rumv
- Place a cocktail glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill. v
- Place the elderflower syrup, lime juice and rum into a shaker and fill with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass; serve immediately.
