Simple honey yams with a marshmallow top.
- 1 (17 ounce) can yams, drained and cut in half
- 2 tablepoons margarine
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- Slice the potatoes in half. Arrange single layer in a buttered dish. Drizzle the honey over. Dot the margarine on top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Use the honey sauce to baste the potatoes. Spread the marshmallows over top. Continue baking until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
