Toasted marshmallow topped sweet potato pie.
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, baked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 15 marshmallows
- 2 pie shells
Directions
- Peel and mash the potatoes. Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the marshmallows.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the mixture into the pie shells and bake until firm.
- Top with the marshmallows and bake until a light crust is formed.
