Marshmallow Sweet Potato Balls

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat and 8-inch square baking dish with the cooking spray.
2. Mash the potatoes with the brown sugar.
3. With a marshmallow in the center, use the potato mixture to form a ball around it.
4. Brush with the butter and roll int he cornflakes. Set in the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
