Quick and easy marshamallow and fruit salad.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 32 miniature marshmallows
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions
- Add the marshmallows to a large bowl and pour the cream over. Refrigerate overnight.
- Whip the marshmallows and cream and gently stir in the remaining ingredients.
