Ingredients

  • 50 large marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1, 9 inch graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Melt the marshmallows and milk in a double boiler. Let cool;
  2. Mix cream cheese with marshmallow mixture. Mix whipping cream until it stands in stiff peaks. Fold into marshmallow/cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
