Marshmallows are the stars in Marshmallow Cheese Cake.
- 50 large marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1, 9 inch graham cracker crust
- Melt the marshmallows and milk in a double boiler. Let cool;
- Mix cream cheese with marshmallow mixture. Mix whipping cream until it stands in stiff peaks. Fold into marshmallow/cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
