Honey and soy sauce marinated and then grilled shrimp.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Combine the first three ingredients and pour over the shrimp. Let stand for at least 1 hour marinating.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill or broil for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and brown.
