Marinated Carrots are a great side dish to have with roast beef or ham.
Ingredients
- 1, 22 ounce package frozen cut carrots, cooked
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions
- Blend cooked carrots with remaining ingredients. Keep in refrigerator 2-3 days before serving.
