Marinara shrimp skillet dinner.
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (1 pound 12 ounce) can Italian style tomatoes
- 1 pound frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Saute the garlic in the oil. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until thickened, about 20 minutes. Mix in the shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
