This marinade for beef ribs seasons your meat with just the right blend of sweet, savory, sour and spicy.


  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Place the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil honey, garlic cayenne and black pepper into a bowl, and whisk together to combine.
  2. Coat the ribs with the marinade and place in the refrigerator overnight, flipping occasionally to evenly distribute the marinade.
