This marinade for beef ribs seasons your meat with just the right blend of sweet, savory, sour and spicy.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil honey, garlic cayenne and black pepper into a bowl, and whisk together to combine.
- Coat the ribs with the marinade and place in the refrigerator overnight, flipping occasionally to evenly distribute the marinade.
