This maple syrup and cinnamon dressing is especially tasty tossed with autumn-inspired salads made with root vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grade B maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons water
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well until thoroughly blended. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and then mix once more to combine. Serve immediately.
