Maple-Plum Glazed Turkey Breast

An easy, slow cooker, sweetly glazed turkey breast dinner.


  • 1 cup red plum jam
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (3-5 pound) bone-in turkey breast


  1. Add the first four ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
  2. Arrange the turkey in a greased slow cooker and pour the remaining glaze over top. Cook covered for 5-7 hours on low.
  3. Heat the remaining glaze. Slice the turkey and serve with the glaze.
