An easy, slow cooker, sweetly glazed turkey breast dinner.
- 1 cup red plum jam
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 (3-5 pound) bone-in turkey breast
- Add the first four ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
- Arrange the turkey in a greased slow cooker and pour the remaining glaze over top. Cook covered for 5-7 hours on low.
- Heat the remaining glaze. Slice the turkey and serve with the glaze.
