This shake is definitely an interesting combination to most, but is worth giving a try.


  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute or until mixture becomes smooth.
