Slow cooked maple glazed squash.
Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- Place the squash in the slow cooker. Pour the butter, then the syrup and finally the brown sugar on top of the squash. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
