Slow cooked maple glazed squash.


  • 1 large butternut squash, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar


  1. Place the squash in the slow cooker. Pour the butter, then the syrup and finally the brown sugar on top of the squash. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
