This maple butter captures all of the sweet goodness of maple syrup but with the creamy texture of butter. Spread onto toasted bread or add a pat to pancakes.
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons real maple syrup
- Place the softened butter and the maple syrup into a bowl. Stir the mixture vigorously until completely blended. Store the butter in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
