Mango, raspberry and soy blended smoothie.
- 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1/2 banana, peeled and broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup semifrozen raspberries
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
