A great treat for the kids when they get home from school.


  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups frozen mango
  • 8 cups crushed ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until firm.
  2. Can be poured into ice cream molds or in a larger container and place into the freezer.
