Mango Sherbet is a cool treat great any time.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango pulp
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups ginger ale
- 1 cup sugar
- juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Boil sugar and water into a syrup. Should form a thread. Cool, then pour syrup over mango pulp. Add ginger ale and lime juice.
- Pour into freezing trays and stir frequently until the right consistency.
