Mango Sherbet is a cool treat great any time.


  • 2 cups ripe mango pulp
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • juice of 1 lime


  1. Boil sugar and water into a syrup. Should form a thread. Cool, then pour syrup over mango pulp. Add ginger ale and lime juice.
  2. Pour into freezing trays and stir frequently until the right consistency.
