A sassy side for fish, chicken or beef.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, diced
- 1/2 cup crushed or chopped pineapple
- 1/2 orange or red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
- 2 jalpenos, seeded and very finely chopped
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon or more of salt
- Juice of 2 limes
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours (better if longer) and bring to room temperature to serve.
