A sassy side for fish, chicken or beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, diced
  • 1/2 cup crushed or chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 orange or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 2 jalpenos, seeded and very finely chopped
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon or more of salt
  • Juice of 2 limes

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours (better if longer) and bring to room temperature to serve.
