A creamy frozen mango treat.
Ingredients
- 2 soft mangoes
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- Peel and slice the mangoes before chopping into small chunks.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and fold in the mangoes. Spoon into parfait glasses, cover and freeze.
