A creamy frozen mango treat.


  • 2 soft mangoes
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed


  1. Peel and slice the mangoes before chopping into small chunks.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and fold in the mangoes. Spoon into parfait glasses, cover and freeze.
