Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 2 tablespoons fine chopped mint or cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate covered for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors. To make this a thicker sauce, before mixing in other ingredients, let yogurt drain wrapped in cheesecloth or a fine sieve for an hour.
