Smooth and creamy mango, blueberry and apricot blended drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 small mango, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 ounce sweetened bottled lime juice

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
