A mix of tangy and sweet makes this the perfect salsa for tortilla chips, but also a wonderful sauce for pork chops and grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 4 nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 2 large tomatoes
- 4 limes, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno, seeded
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Using a food processor, blend the ingredients using the pulse function until salsa is a thick and chunky consistency.
- Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to three days.
