Mango and Nectarine Salsa

A mix of tangy and sweet makes this the perfect salsa for tortilla chips, but also a wonderful sauce for pork chops and grilled chicken.


  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 4 nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 4 limes, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno, seeded
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Using a food processor, blend the ingredients using the pulse function until salsa is a thick and chunky consistency.
  2. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to three days.
