Low fat pineapple and mandarin chicken dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange, undrained
Directions
- Brown the chicken on the stovetop. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
