Simple mandarin orange cake. Perfect paired with the Mandarin Cake Frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges (reserve liquid)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Mandarin Cake Frosting

Directions

  1. Pour 1 cup of the reserved mandarin liquid into a bowl, add water if necessary. Chop the mandarin oranges. Combine all the ingredients together.
  2. Spread the batter into 3 greased pans lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
