Make Ahead Barbeque Pork makes great sandwiches and freezes well.
Ingredients
- 7 pounds pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 bottle Heinz Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Saute onions and green peppers until tender. In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, chili sauce, ketchup and sugar. Add to onion mixture. Simmer until sugar has dissolved. Add shredded pork and simmer until hot.
