An easy creamy mushroom appetizer dip, made in your slow cooker.

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) package beefy mushroom soup mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup half and half
2 pounds button mushrooms

Directions

Mix together the soup mix, sour cream and half and half. Stir in the mushrooms. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
