An easy creamy mushroom appetizer dip, made in your slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) package beefy mushroom soup mix
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 pounds button mushrooms
Directions
- Mix together the soup mix, sour cream and half and half. Stir in the mushrooms. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
