Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar; stir well. Add crumbs, nuts and flavorings. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Put into a well greased 9 inch pie plate; bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
