Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar; stir well. Add crumbs, nuts and flavorings. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Put into a well greased 9 inch pie plate; bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
