This is a common Chinese cocktail made with fresh pomelo juice and ginger liqueur.
- 2 ounces freshly squeezed pomelo juice
- 1 ounce Cognac
- 1/4 ounce ginger liqueur
- Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing into the freezer for five minutes.
- Fill a shaker halfway-full with ice and then add the pomelo juice, Cognac and ginger liqueur.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 25 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass.
