Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup Splenda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray square pan with cooking spray
- Sift dry ingredients into medium bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients in large bowl
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes
