Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup Splenda

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray square pan with cooking spray
  3. Sift dry ingredients into medium bowl
  4. Whisk wet ingredients in large bowl
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes
