Low-fat cheesy squash and onion casserole side dish.
Ingredients
- 6 medium yellow squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Healthy Choice fat-free cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
Directions
- Boil the squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mix everything together and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
