Low-fat cheesy squash and onion casserole side dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Healthy Choice fat-free cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles

Directions

  1. Boil the squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mix everything together and pour into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
