Low-fat snapper fish with onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.


  • 1 (1 pounce) snapper fish
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 (14. 5ounce) can seasoned tomatoes


  1. Line a pan with foil. Pour 1/3 of the tomatoes in. Place the fish on top, and sprinkle the onion and bell pepper over. Pour the remaining tomatoes on top. Wrap the foil loosely around and seal. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until fish easily flakes.
